Our client, an international operating company with its European Headquarters in Brussels, is currently looking for a self-employed interim Financial EMEA Shared Service Center Manager for a period of about 6 months.The Interim Financial EMEA Shared Service Center Manager's key responsibilities will include:
  • Day-to-day management of a team of about 20 people based in Poland (teams G/L, A/P, A/R)
  • Remote management and support the existing teams
  • Organisation and management of revenue recognition exercises taking place in June & December
  • Responsible for an EMEA scope
  • Interaction with different stakeholders in the company
  • Reporting to the EMEA Accounting Director
The key qualifications required for this interim management job:
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting and management of remote teams, preferably with a regional or EMEA scope.
  • The candidate has also a strong technical knowledge in statutory reporting and IFRS.
  • A fluent knowledge of English is mandatory.
