- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a related field, or you can show an equivalent relevant experience.
- You have 1-5 years of experience in patisserie or similar position. Knowledge of industrial processes are a plus.
- You're fluent in Dutch with good knowledge in French and English
- You are digital savvy, meaning you are comfortable with common office software - SAP knowledge is a plus!
- You're a creative thinker and hands-on problem solver who thrives in an industrial environment.
- You communicate clearly, inspire confidence, and enjoy working with customers and colleagues alike.
- You are a team player and thrives in a collaborative environment
- You're proactive, adaptive, trustworthy, passionate about continuous improvement, and eager to make a real impact.
- Mobility within Belgium is no problem for you.
