We're currently looking for a skilled Microsoft Solution Architectto join our team on a dynamic project involving enterprise-level CRM, sales, and commerce platforms. This position is a long term freelance contract based in Brussels offering a hybrid working arrangement.Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Implement and configure price codes and business rules
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with SAP and Commerce Cloud platforms
Provide strategic direction on CRM and Customer Dynamics implementations
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer journey mapping
Hands-on expertise with Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tools
Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with SAP and Commerce Cloud
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
