You'll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning.You'll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance-ensuring every project is executed with precision and purpose.What You'll Do
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the CPM team, conduct appraisals, set performance goals, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Strategic Resource Management: Evaluate workloads, recruit new talent, and assign the right people to the right projects.
  • Client Engagement & Business Development: Participate in bid defenses, develop study budgets, and contribute to winning proposals.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects are well-planned, communicated, and executed with high quality and efficiency.
  • Quality & Compliance: Prepare for audits, address client concerns, and uphold GCP-ICH standards.
QualificationsWhat You Bring
  • A degree in a scientific field
  • 10+ years in clinical research (pharma, biotech, or CRO), with 6+ years in project management
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of GCP-ICH and willingness to travel
