- Giving customers tailored advice.
- You will work Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- The project is open on all holidays except Christmas, New Year's Day and Easter Monday.
- Good to know: hourly schedules will be communicated at least 3 weeks in advance.
- You will work in Berchem, or after 6 months from your home office.

- On top of that your English is good. Knowledge of English is necessary for internal communication, communication with our customers and training purposes.
- You live in Belgium and are allowed to work here.
- Active listening and customer orientation.
- Ability to handle stress and work well in a team.
- Quick to learn, procedure-oriented and multitasking.
- Handling administration well and writing without spelling mistakes.
- Making suggestions to the customer for a better or more complete service.
- Working with a computer fluently.
