You side with the customer! A customer becomes your customer. Because you are ready to help through various channels. Customers call, write, text, email and chat with you when they need help. And there you are: a calm rock, a beacon of knowledge and kindness. Sometimes you call to follow up. Until your customer is a satisfied customer. You do this with handy tools and methods that we have prepared for you.Function and extras
  • Giving customers tailored advice.
  • You will work Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
  • The project is open on all holidays except Christmas, New Year's Day and Easter Monday.
  • Good to know: hourly schedules will be communicated at least 3 weeks in advance.
  • You will work in Berchem, or after 6 months from your home office.

  • On top of that your English is good. Knowledge of English is necessary for internal communication, communication with our customers and training purposes.
  • You live in Belgium and are allowed to work here.

  • Ability to handle stress and work well in a team.
  • Quick to learn, procedure-oriented and multitasking.
  • Handling administration well and writing without spelling mistakes.
  • Making suggestions to the customer for a better or more complete service.
  • Working with a computer fluently.
Zich voorstellen aan de telefoon De identiteit en de gegevens van de gesprekspartner controleren (klantnummer, adres, ...). Het doel van de oproep kenbaar maken of identificeren (bestelling, verkoop, informatie, reclame, bijstand, ...). Digitale opvolgingsdocumenten van de oproep invullen. De klant oriënteren en zijn oproep naar de gepaste gesprekspartner doorschakelen (technicus, verkoper, klantverantwoordelijke, ...). De klant informeren over de kenmerken van de producten De klant adviseren bij zijn keuze. De beschikbaarheid van het product, de dienst controleren De gegevens van de bestelling, de reservatie, ... invoeren. Contact opnemen met klanten en potentiële klanten De producten en diensten van de onderneming voorstellen (nieuwe producten, bijkomende verkoop, ...)We expect a lot of talent from you.
