Our client is a dynamic and growing consultancy located in Belgium, providing services in the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong focus on Regulatory Affairs, they work with a variety of products including medical devices, pharma, cosmetics, and food supplements. As a small company, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where hierarchy is minimal, allowing you to work closely with the team and be truly independent.Responsibilities:– Provide assistance and support to the Regulatory Affairs department– Prepare, verify, and adapt product information– Offer scientific support for marketing authorisation dossiers, notifications, and technical dossiers– Submit registration and notification dossiers to health authorities– Manage the life cycle of client portfolios, including variations and renewals– Proofread leaflets and labeling– Support the evaluation of promotional activities– Maintain records and filesRequirements:– Scientific degree in (industrial) pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or equivalent by experience– Min 1- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function within the pharmaceutical industry– Ability to take up RP, QP, or RIP responsibility would be an asset– Fluent in English and Dutch French would be a bonusBenefits:– A varied job consisting of challenging multi-disciplinary tasks in a dynamic and growing environment – Gain exposure to different products and projects, such as regulatory affairs and quality assurance, across various companies.
