How You Will Make a Difference
You will support the team in the following areas:
- Manage and optimize the BlueConic platform on a daily basis, including tasks such as data ingestion, profile unification, and audience segmentation.
- Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager in designing, building, and maintaining customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Document workflows and processes, contributing to the development and refinement of best practices for effective CDP usage.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer data is effectively leveraged across the business:

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about customer data, digital marketing, and CRM technologies, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
- A strong communicator and team player, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Excel, with bonus points for experience in SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiar with marketing or data platforms such as CDPs, email marketing tools, or analytics dashboards—experience is a plus, but not required.
