At PwC, we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at ‘the best business school in the world’ by actively supporting the Corporate Finance | M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process.What you’ll learn and doSupport on business development initiatives, conduct market researches and analyse the Belgian landscape in specific sectorsAssist in the creation of presentations, financial analyses and pitchesConduct valuation exercises using a variety of methodsWork on various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums, long lists, dataroom assistance, etc.)Who you areFinal year Master studentOutstanding academic recordProficiency in Excel and PowerPointProfessional proficiency in English is required.
