What your role will be?Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Sr Manager, Customer Experience, you will have the opportunity to:· Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.· Manage orders, backorders, pricing, and service complaints, providing proactive solutions and updates.· Maintain accurate customer pricing and contract data in the system; resolve pricing issues with Sales and Credit & Control.· Monitor open orders, prepare order/shipment/backorder reports, and share customer experience insights.· Track sample deliveries and follow up on customer feedback.· Support Sales with commercial activities and ensure timely issuance of customer compensations.· Ensure accuracy of all operational activities in ERP systems.· Provide backup support within language capabilities and train newly hired CSRs.Mission-Critical Results:· Strong, collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.· Customer needs are well understood, documented, and addressed promptly.· Timely and accurate task execution with service KPIs consistently met.· Issues are resolved proactively and escalated when needed.· Effective cross-functional cooperation with departments like Sales, Logistics, Supply, and Credit & Control.What will you bring to Ansell?· Demonstrated previous in international customer support experience.· ERP order management experience (SAP preferred); Proficient in Windows-based PC tools and applications.· Strong analytical skills and understanding of the end-to-end OTC process.· Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Detail-oriented, organized, resilient, and results-driven.· Adaptable team player with a proactive and quality-focused approach.· Fluent in English and French; additional European language is a plus.· Strong alignment with Ansell Values:Whatever you do, take PRIDE:o Passiono Reliableo Integrityo Delivero EmpowermentJoin us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!Please submit your resume in English.EEO StatementAnsell is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, marital status, parental status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
