He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
Client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;
Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;
Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;
Affiliation of international clients;
Daily communication with international clients;
Processing payroll based on input received;
Providing required output documents;
Assistance with local legislation;
Processing joiners and leavers;
Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners;
Calculation of settlements for leavers;
Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies;
Participate in our training plan and work on your own development by identifying growth opportunities (you are in the driver's seat of your career).
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 2 years)
Experience in processing payrolls end to end
Exposure to expat/international payrolls is a plus
Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus
Responsible and organized
Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner
Be able to work remotely and keep good contact with TMF colleagues
Goal-focused (both individual and team goals)
Eye for detail and quality-focused
Problem-solving attitude
