- Manage and coordinate the ordering and renewal processes for customer contracts for installed hardware and software.
- Back-to-Back Contracts: Monitor and manage maintenance contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational best practices.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate and finalize maintenance agreements.
- Timely Execution: Ensure that back-to-back contracts are executed promptly and efficiently.
- Renewals and Extensions: Proactively manage contract renewals and extensions to prevent service disruptions.
- Contract Records: Maintain accurate records of all CISCO switch maintenance contracts.
- Reporting: Generate reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for management review.
- Follow-up on orders
- Respond to customer inquiries related to contracts.
- Excellent written communication towards internal and external customers.
- Assist with other tasks related to customers' requirements as needed.
1+ years of experience in a similar role in a large environment
1+ years of experience in contract management
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other ICT tools.
Good problem-solving skills
Attention to details and figures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
