Overview:At Linesight, you’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and experienced team working on high-profile construction projects across Europe and beyond. As a Project Engineer with experience in large and complex Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) systems, you’ll support the delivery of a major PMC construction project, working closely with senior engineers, contractors, and client teams to ensure CSA works are executed to the highest standards.This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who wants to grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience on complex builds. The Opportunity:What you will do:
  • Assist in the coordination, oversight, and quality control of CSA construction activities on-site.
  • Support the review of design drawings, technical submittals, and method statements related to civil, structural, and architectural works.
  • Participate in site inspections, concrete pours, reinforcement checks, structural steel works, and other key CSA construction activities.
  • Help track progress against schedule and quality standards, flagging any delays or issues to senior team members.
  • Ensure all CSA works follow required health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Liaise with contractors and other disciplines (e.g., MEP, commissioning) to support project integration and sequencing.
  • Assist with RFIs, NCRs, submittals, and construction documentation as part of the project control process.
  • Support the preparation of handover packages and final as-built documentation for CSA scope.
What we’re looking for:
  • A degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a site-based engineering role on large, complex construction projects.
  • Practical exposure to CSA construction activities, such as groundworks, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and architectural finishes.
  • Understanding of construction processes and building codes.
  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms is an advantage.
