Working closely with our third-party logistics provider, you’ll manage daily order processing, support demand forecasting, and contribute to key projects like e-invoicing in Belgium.🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming sales, sample, and free goods orders in SAP.
Coordinate logistics, handle returns and complaints, and issue credit notes.
Maintain accurate customer master data and billing documentation.
Oversee inbound deliveries, customs clearance, and batch release.
Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand changes, and support new product launches.
Lead S&OP reviews and analyze forecast performance.
Follow up on late payments and manage dunning processes.
Support audits, tenders, and business development initiatives.
🤝 What You Bring
A degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in pharma or biotech.
Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and demand planning tools.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practices) is a plus.
