As our Validation Rockstar, you will play a key role in providing expert validation services to our esteemed clients in the pharmaceutical sector.   • Collaborate closely with our clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers and laboratories, to understand their validation needs and develop tailored validation strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrate your expertise by leading and executing validation projects across various areas, including process validation, equipment qualification, cleaning validation, analytical method validation, and computer system validation.
  • Design and implement validation protocols, test plans, and procedures, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and our clients' quality standards.
  • Perform hands-on validation activities, such as equipment qualification, risk assessments, process performance qualification (PPQ), and test execution, while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Analyze validation data and generate comprehensive reports, highlighting findings, deviations, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory guidelines, industry trends, and best practices related to validation in the pharmaceutical sector, and proactively share this knowledge with our team and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within our consultancy firm, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance, to deliver integrated solutions and provide holistic support to our clients.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and validation expert, and contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities and showcasing our firm's capabilities.
What are we looking for?
  • At least a bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in validation activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to validation in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise in various types of validation, including process validation, equipment qualification, cleaning validation, analytical method validation, and computer system validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, present validation findings, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet client expectations within given timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to different client environments.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth, contribute to proposals, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Professional certifications related to validation (e.g., Certified Validation Professional) are desirable.
