- Proactively develop new MICE business opportunities, focusing on corporate groups, conferences, incentives, and events
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MICE clients and key accounts
- Create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections
- Collaborate with Groups & Events, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the hotel as a leader in the MICE segment
- 2–3 years’ experience a groups & events coordinator within the hospitality sector
- Strong network of MICE clients in the local and/or international market
- Proactive “hunter” mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus; any additional language is an asset)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
