As part of the Finance department, you will support Credit Management activities for the Benelux markets with a focus on deduction reporting, legal case follow-up, and pricing/promo analysis.In this role, you will take ownership of reporting on customer deductions and will actively participate in the monthly Credit and Claims Committee. You will be responsible for preparing and sharing insights that support decision-making at the committee level, helping to shape action plans to mitigate risk and reduce aged claims.You will support your Manager in the preparation and analysis of the weekly claims report, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful updates are shared with key business stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining an up-to-date view of open claims and in facilitating resolution across functions.You will also be responsible for pricing insertion and analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy and support margin analysis where needed. You will collaborate regularly with Sales and Finance to ensure transparency around pricing decisions.In addition, you will follow up on legal credit cases in close collaboration with external legal partners. You will support document preparation, case tracking, and internal communication to ensure alignment on the status and expected outcomes of legal disputes.You will act as a facilitator for the Credit Agents within the team, providing them with accurate data and context to support collection actions. You will help bridge communication between stakeholders and ensure that the team operates with clarity and precision, especially on complex claims or escalated customer issues.You will contribute to reporting improvement projects by creating and enhancing dashboards using Excel and Power BI, and will support the team's transition to more automated and insightful reporting tools. Your analytical acumen will also be leveraged to evaluate trends and build proactive recommendations to strengthen credit control processes.You are available asap full-time ?With experience as credit controller in structured groups ?You hold a Master's degree in Finance or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, or similar Finance roles. Prior experience in international environments-particularly in FMCG, customer care organizations, or matrix-structured companies-is highly valued.You are fluent in English and have working proficiency in either French or Dutch (fluency in both is a strong advantage).Our client is a FMCG company.Interesting assignment of 6 months to reinforce the team of our clients.
