National Key Account Manager Healthcare BeLux

- Acquire, develop and manage specification sales projects (new build and/or renovation) in the healthcare sector (hospitals, care homes, residential homes for the elderly, etc.)
- Develop a solid business network within the BeLux healthcare market, incl. public and private hospital operators, specialised architects, healthcare building owners / investors and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities, win specifications and manage sales projects for the Gerflor healthcare product portfolio (flooring, wall covers, accessories)
- Closely cooperate with the BeLux sales teams as well as the global product management to develop the healthcare market
- Analyse market structures and develop successful strategies to win additional market shares
- Report sales figures, prepare forecasts and maintain high quality CRM data
- Organise and participate in customer events and trade shows
- 5+ years working experience in specification sales with multiple decision makers, ideally in the building materials / interior design industry
- Experience in selling to the Belgian healthcare sector
- A proactive self-starter attitude and a talent for networking and new customer acquisition / business development
- The ability to drive sales and market development within complex decision making structures, incl. the flexibility to quickly adapt to different people and management levels
- User knowledge of CRM systems and a very good self organisation
- Business fluent in Dutch, French and good English skills mandatory
- Willingness to travel regularly
