Lead and manage a production unit (including transport operations), ensuring optimal performance, quality, efficiency, and cost control across all industrial laundry processes.
  • Operational Management
Oversee end-to-end laundry processes (sorting, washing, drying, finishing, packaging, dispatch) across flat linen and personalized garment streams.
  • Team Leadership
Manage 75-200 employees (production, technical, transport) through direct supervision and team leads. Ensure staffing, development, motivation, and safety.
  • Process & Performance Optimization
Define and execute the unit's annual plan. Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, cost, energy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Transport & Asset Management
Ensure availability and efficient use of transport resources, equipment, and technical installations. Manage supplier contracts and stock.Lead and manage a production unit including transport operations - 200 FTEsTextile Manufacturing sector - Liège area - Top Management
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Experience
  • Experience in managing production or logistics environments is an asset
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of logistics and/or textile techniques is a plus
