These programs are supported by a suite of digital tools managed by a specialized data and IT unit. The portfolio includes both specific applications and overarching activities such as architecture, data quality, management, analysis, testing, development, and support.One of the legacy systems has played a central role in enabling the institution to fulfill its mission. A new operational platform is being jointly developed with other departments to replace the older system. This new platform is designed to enhance efficiency, data reliability, adaptability to evolving needs, and reporting capabilities. It will be integrated with existing corporate systems and services. During the transition phase, both the old and new systems will operate concurrently and exchange information.Role & responsibilities
Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions
Maintenance and update of wikis related to the internal information systems
Implementation of social and collaborative solutions
Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of web sites, web pages and of navigation methods
Writing web procedure manuals
Participation in coordination and project meetings
Communication to end users on new releases, unavailability of systems, etc.
Ensure each deliverable is approved by stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Evaluates, recommends and implements the most effective development, production and site maintenance processes based on internal policies and the best practices for all interactive media.
QualificationsYour profile
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment on multiple large projects
Rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
Excellent Team Player
Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge of French would be considered an asset
Technical skills
A minimum of 2 years' experience with Confluence and JIRA.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in web development tools and languages (e.g. PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Editors, etc.)
Strong skills in HTML, XML (preferable DITA) and JavaScript.
Good knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
Good knowledge of web environment (SharePoint, Confluence, CMS)
Good Knowledge of IT communications and notifications tools.
Good Knowledge of management of documents and users through interactive forms
Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems
Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements
Advanced access control skills
Participate in QA process to ensure that final builds are representative.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Internet browsers, project management tools and asset/content management system.
Experience in the creation, maintenance and update of wikis
Experience in the implementation of social and collaborative solutions and creation of detailed sites topology.
Experience of management of documents and users through interactive forms
Experience in the technical writing of web-based procedure manuals
Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems
Experience with management and use of bulk communication tools
Ability to store and manage files in a web based database
Able to cope with the fast changing technologies used in web site management.
Knowledge of other CMS or CCMS would be considered an asset.
Able to cope with the needs of multi-language site deployment.
