Your ResponsibilitiesAs Project Delivery Manager Service Logistics EMEA, you ensure the successful execution of projects across the region. You align business needs with our Operational Service Model (OSM) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines
Manage customer onboarding and SeLECT (Manhattan) migrations
Apply the DePICT methodology for structured project delivery
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and lead change initiatives
About YouYou are a results-driven professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Experienced in project and change management
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
Strong knowledge of KPIs and supply chain management; knowledge of Service Logistics is a plus
Skilled in working across countries and cultures within EMEA
Excellent communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel up to 25%

You will report directly to the Head of BPO, FLS, Training & Project Delivery, Service Logistics EMEA, and work closely with Operations, Business Development, IT, and Customer Support.The team currently manages 13 ongoing projects, with a strong focus on process improvement and system upgrades.
