Assess the requirements of different divisions and convert these into practical IT solutions. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and assist them with the rollout of new systems and workflows.
Act as the main contact for user inquiries and technical problems, helping identify and implement effective solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's ERP system (Dynamics AX) and internal HR and scheduling tools, working to enhance and expand these platforms.
Play an active role in IT projects, contributing to the design and deployment of new digital tools in partnership with IT colleagues and business users.
Role Requirements
Possesses a bachelor's or master's qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, or a comparable discipline, or brings equivalent professional experience.
Exhibits excellent analytical thinking combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Has proven experience working with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Able to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with both IT specialists and operational staff.
Familiarity with workforce planning or digital scheduling solutions is a plus.
