- Inform, advise & support your customers on commercial matters
- Be accountable for the proper execution and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Monitor your customers' portfolio
- Identify market needs through regular contact with customers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, such as the Product Development Team, to adapt existing products/services or develop new ones
- Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of customer requests
- Operate in a regulated market
- Master's degree
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
- Experience in working in an industrial environment with complex processes.
- Customer and solution-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
