
Senior Director, Retail & Foodservice Sales

The primary location of the position can be in Belgium in the Netherlands (or in France with frequent travel to Belgium, Izegem). Flexibility to travel (+- 40%) to connect with teams and customers on the ground.Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Retail and Foodservice channels.
- Evaluate, measure and lead the channel and applicable brand profit and loss. Drive sustainable growth across product portfolios (oils, protein, chocolate).
- Together with the marketing team, plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for our products, services and associated brands.
- Develop mid to long term plans to optimize the organization, function or sub function and the talent needed for the job.
- Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
- Disseminate information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
- Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in sales leadership, including 5+ years managing teams.
- Proven success in customer management, trade marketing, and commercial strategy.
- Fluent in English

- Experience in private label, B2C, and foodservice environments.
- Proficiency in French.
- Strong understanding of European retail dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
