Leading and motivating your team of roofers
Planning and organizing the work on the site
Performing quality checks to ensure that all work meets the highest standards
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and their application on the site
Customer-oriented handling of projects, and acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders
Your profileWho are we looking for in the roofer vacancy?
Extensive experience as a roofer and preferably several years in a leadership position
Proven expertise in both flat and pitched roofs, with knowledge of different roofing materials
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
Excellent problem-solving ability and organizational skills
Possession of relevant certificates and a valid VCA safety diploma
Good command of the Dutch language, French and English is certainly also
Driver's license B
