- Analyse website performance, booking funnels, and guest behaviour to identify conversion opportunities.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience and booking conversion rates.
- Collaborate with brand digital marketing teams to optimise all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on key digital metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency and pricing alignment across OTAs and metasearch platforms.
- Leverage SEO, UX and performance insights to improve visibility and user experience.
- Support the Revenue Manager in data analysis, forecasting, pricing, and yield strategy execution.
- Deliver competitive insights to support dynamic pricing decisions.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and competitive set analysis.
- Maintain and update rate plans, restrictions and inventory across PMS/CRS/Channel Manager systems.
- Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure reservation processes and system data inputs meet operational and strategic standards.
- Communicate consistently with Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure process alignment.
- Conduct regular checks on data quality, segmentation, and denied reservation tracking.
- Maintain an up-to-date event database for use within the RMS.
- Use RMS tools to review hotel performance by segment, day of week, and against competition.
- Monitor market trends, local events, and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
- Evaluate group requests (leisure and corporate) to recommend optimal rates and distribution.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Senior Revenue Manager to adapt strategies based on trends and performance.
- Provide accurate forecasts in line with the annual budget and business plans.
- Adjust strategies on distribution channels to optimise availability, visibility, and profitability.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into business actions.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across departments.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
- Comfortable with innovation and integrating new digital tools and strategies.
- Experience with IDeaS RMS, Koddi, and Opera PMS is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); strong command of PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRS systems, distribution platforms, and market analysis tools.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends and commercial strategy.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
