- You design and continuously refine the Telenet Agile Way of Working.
- You keep track of trends and evolutions in the domains of Operating models, Digital Transformation, AI, technology, and agile ways of working; and assess the opportunities and implications for Telenet
- You actively engage with the stakeholder community in the organization and identify improvement opportunities. You prioritize next steps and lead the development of guiding principles and working processes.
- Furthermore, you identify and set up the metrics and indicators that let to measure the adoption and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives
- As a Transformation Expert, you take a leading role in the adoption of the Telenet Agile Way of Working, designing and implementing the most effective change approach, making use of newsletters, trainings, guilds, in-depth coaching, etc.
- In case of more disruptive changes which go beyond the continuous refinement of our way of working, you are part of the core Transformation team actively involved in the design of the Operating Model and implementation of these changes.

- You have a minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience of Transformation Programs aiming at generating flow at enterprise level
- You have experience with Agile Methodologies for Agile @ Scale (SAFE, Spotify, Less)
- You are familiar with systemic Operating Model thinking and approaches such as Team Topologies
- You have experience with Outcome based working
- You have experience with Data driven transformation, experience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- You're familiar with working with stakeholders at various levels in the organization, ranging from Executive Leadership team to members in a Flow team
- You have demonstrable experience with how technical Software Development Practices can contribute to generating flow (e.g. CI/CD; test automation; ..)
- You have a "can do" attitude, and prepared to take ownership
