In search of a Marine Asset Data AdministratorAs a Marine Asset Data Administrator, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the accurate and efficient management of our asset marine data in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You play a key role in supporting our asset management software and ensuring that all maintenance records and technical documentation are up to date and correct.Your responsibilities include:Managing technical data in our maintenance software (Marad) with great accuracy.Assisting with reporting, asset tracking and the preparation of internal overviews.Working closely with colleagues to ensure all systems and procedures are properly followed.Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes.Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Ensuring the structure and consistency of the asset database is upheld.What de we expect from you?A bachelor’s degree with a technical background.Strong administrative skills combined with a precise and structured approach to work.Confidence in working with software and digital tools.Familiarity with CMMS systems (like Marad, Maximo or Amos) is a plus, but not a must.A basic technical understanding and a willingness to learn and grow.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.A collaborative mindset with clear and professional communication skills.A proactive and organized attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Maritime experience is a plus.What do we offer you?You get a challenging job in a fast-growing environment.You work in a great atmosphere and in a dynamic team.You get the opportunity to work with the latest high-tech equipment.
