You will make an impact in the following way:
  • Manage financial and sales data to ensure accurate and timely reporting across relevant business areas.
  • Create reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders to support month-end closing activities and business performance tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, including system integration and automation efforts (BI / SAP).
  • Track and report of revenue from sales of services and assist in the enhancement of this revenue stream.
  • Maintain the database with all service contract details, ensuring data consistency and availability.
  • Provide support to the teams that implement the sales projects by setting up project data and monitoring project status. Collaborate closely with cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure accuracy of project-related data.
  • Manage the timely registration and reporting of time spent by engineers on sales projects and development projects, ensuring an accurate budget oversight.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Analytical skills - able to understand and draft conclusions from financial data
  • Strong English skills, fluency in Dutch is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Technological affinity required
  • Experience with the creation of Jet Reports (Design mode) is a plus
  • Conscientious mindset
  • Sound Excel skills
  • Strong interest to work with ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics Navision, SAP) to manage databases and financial reporting
  • Affinity for data handling and working with databases
