We're looking for a Security Risk Management Expert to strengthen compliance, protect assets, and drive multi-site security initiatives across physical, information, and supply chain domains.📍 Location: Brussels HQ (Hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite/week, usually Tuesdays)

🗣️ Languages: Fluent English required + good knowledge of French or Dutch (both is a strong plus)Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance and legal security advice across physical, supply chain, and information security domains
  • Monitor and interpret evolving legislation and proactively inform stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for the global security community
  • Organise workshops, seminars, and training sessions (train-the-trainer approach)
  • Lead audits and assessments of physical security measures (ESRM & Minimum Security Requirements)
  • Manage multi-site and cross-functional security projects (e.g. access control, contractor management, OT security)
  • Support certification efforts (ISO27000, NIS2, ISO31000, TAPA)
  • Act as a trusted partner across domains and collaborate closely with international colleagues
Requirements Technical
  • 10+ years' experience in a security-related domain
  • 3+ years' project management experience
  • Exposure to high-tech industrial environments is a plus
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Non-Technical
  • High integrity, discretion, and strong written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with resilience and analytical mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build international networks and trust
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and cost-aware
Methodology & Certifications
  • Master's degree (technical background or Law preferred)
  • ASIS certification - preferred
  • ISO31000 (Security Risk Management) - preferred
  • ISO27000 (Information Security) - preferred
  • TAPA (Transport Security) - nice to have
