- Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, solution definition, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Identifying and targeting key decision-makers in retail chains (supermarkets, restaurants, hotels), real estate investment funds, and franchise networks.
- Presenting your prospect locations to the investment committee on a weekly basis.
- Developing and executing business development strategies to accelerate growth.
- Representing the company at professional events and conferences in Belgium and France.
- You are a hunter with a proactive and results-driven attitude. You thrive on cold calling and securing meetings.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a startup or the renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a passion for closing deals.
- Growth-oriented—you embrace challenges and are eager to develop both soft and hard skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Highly organized and analytical, able to operate effectively in a fast-growing and complex environment.
- An excellent communicator, with a clear, persuasive, and transparent approach.
