- Manage team performance, set clear objectives, and support personal growth through coaching and development plans.
- Organize and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery of ICT projects.
- Manage the relationship with external partners, overseeing functional analysis, development, and architecture design to ensure delivery is aligned with platform goals.
- Collaborate with other ICT stakeholders, including Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, and external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Be the Platform Owner & Architect
- Define and maintain the platform's vision, blueprint, and roadmap, including integrating it into the overall IT architecture.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations within the IT sector and SAP logistics ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Manage SAP Logistics specific Governance & Business Demand
- Act as a key interface with senior business partners, understanding and prioritizing their demands, aligning them with platform capabilities and IT strategy.
- Deliver demand & Manage projects
- Lead internal and external teams through the detailed design and implementation phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Experience in leading small teams.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules (e.g., EWM, SCM, PM).
- Extensive experience with defining template solutions for diverse requirements.
- You can implement and adapt architecture frameworks to our specific context and content
- You can work with key stakeholders to define, formulate and evolve strategic roadmaps and blueprints; and influence both ICT and business leadership through your expertise, analysis, leadership and communication / presentation skills
