As Business Applications Analyst you make the bridge between business and IT. You do this by acquiring a good knowledge of the business processes, a good understanding of the business needs and the functionalities of the different business applications.Function
You will be responsible to implement, manage and continuously improve the LLBG best practice business applications for plant operations within the domains of technical service, supply chain, production planning, quality, and product specifications. You will also watch over the integrations points with the logistic, automation, quality & finance processes.
You will work on group level: this implies that you will be involved in the support of all plants within LLBG and group-wide projects.
You take the lead on certain tracks within these projects in close collaboration with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage from A-Z all aspects within the projects to make it a success.
You are in charge of the continuous improvement of the business processes and systems in your domain. You analyze the needs and demands of key users and you organize this information in an action plan with proposals for solution.
You manage the support of the business key users in collaboration with the central applications service team.
You contribute in the documentation of the processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.
You are able to keep the knowhow in the community secured and reinforced by giving trainings and updating the documentation
You build a strong relation with the business stakeholders
You will work from the headquarters in one of the home countries of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, …) and you will report to the Business Applications Manager for Plant Operations. You are part of the international IT team.Your Profile
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP S4/Hana) and one or more plant operations modules (e.g. technical service, materials management, planning).
You have an analytical, process-oriented mindset and are a conceptual thinker who is also result- and deadline-driven.
You are a clear and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and providing training and support.
You are service-minded, hands-on, and genuinely interested in all aspects of plant operations.
You are open to change, eager to broaden your knowledge across domains, and willing to travel frequently (approx. 15%).
