We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague in our IT division located in Kortrijk, Belgium.Technical Requirements
First line analysis using logs and various platforms
Experienced Office 365
Windows/Linux PC installations using different tools automations
Preferably knowledge over ITIL ServiceDesk ticketing processes
Mindset towards security processes
Experience with Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Exchange
IOS/Android device Support
Support and troubleshoot for systems running on Windows and Linux operating system
Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
At least 2 years of experience on a similar position

Enthusiastic
Flexible and willing to adapt according to the priorities within the team and standby mechanism
Customer communication skills
Stress resilient
Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
Team spirit
