Housekeeping Manager

- Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team (room attendants, supervisors, linen staff, etc.).
- Prepare schedules based on occupancy forecasts and operational needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and safety protocols (including HACCP procedures).
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, inventory, and supply orders (linen, cleaning products, equipment).
- Conduct daily quality checks in rooms and public areas to ensure excellence in cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage onboarding and continuous training of housekeeping staff.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, F&B, Management) to ensure seamless operations.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
- Proven skills in team management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Strong eye for detail and dedication to delivering impeccable service standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Solid knowledge of hotel systems and housekeeping software.
