- Help expand relationships with existing and new customers, providing products, services and customized creative solutions.
- Help analyze, develop and deliver product from différent tenders. Present and sell the developments to customers.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate colleagues and management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- English & French, Dutch is a plus
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals on all business levels.
