For our HQ in Roeselare we are looking for a temporary Supply Planner:What you’ll doBased on planning requirements, you place purchase orders for semi-finished and finished products with a realistic delivery commitment from suppliers and ensure timely delivery by close follow up.Analyze stock levels and follow up forecast and safety stock in order to maintain product availability (co-operate with our supply chain analyst).Communicate clearly and timely to the concerned departments in case of late delivery of products.Follow up and improve supplier flexibility and reliability.Continuously look for supply chain improvements.Work closely together with the production planners and support them when required.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain a qualitative international database of approved and reliable suppliers.Negotiate frame agreements and draft contract terms and conditions.What you’ll needTo be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day.
