To strengthen our team, we are looking for temporary a Warehouse Planning Specialist L1 in our plant in Oudsbergen, Belgium.Key responsibilities:As a warehouse planning specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing, effective inventory management and high-quality customer serive. Your responsibilities will include:Customer Order Processing
- Manage standard customers orders (SPOT-orders, manual schedules, EDI/PDF/Excel formats and customer platforms)
- Handle emergency orders with speed and accuracy
- Resolve order-related errors and ensure corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Demand & Capacity Planning, Sales and Warehouse teams
- Reschedule orders based on short-and long-term fluctuation analysis
- Evaluate and execute customer requests including order changes, cancellations, postponements and transport adjustments
- Monitor and manage order backlog
- Prepare coverage reports and perform outbound checks
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers
- Manage escalation procedure and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate direct shipments, including VAT checks, invoicing and transportation
- Follow-up on under allocated parts and ensure availability
- Analyze and report on obsolote and overstocked inventory
- Investigate and resolve issues related to unpicked items
- Participate in CIA (Cash In Advance) processes
- Maintain and update master data records
- Support invoicing activities and ensure accuracy
- Manage recharge processes for designated customers
- Arrange exceptional transportation bookings as needed
- Order packaging materials in line with customer requirements
- Operate with customer specific platforms and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent through relevant experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within order mangement, logistics, or supply chain
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of German is considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capacities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advance working knowlegde of SAP
- Excellent communicationd and information-sharing skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative and cooperative mindset
