- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR administration
- Prepare and verify payroll data
- Support performance reviews, training coordination, and employee well-being initiatives
- Assist in organizing internal events and staff communication
- Post job openings on job boards and social media
- Screen incoming CVs and handle initial communication with candidates
- Schedule interviews and track recruitment procedures
- Support proactive sourcing efforts by identifying and contacting potential candidates
- Prepare and manage contracts, subsidies, and confidential documents
- Handle incoming documents, supplier administration, and office facilities
- Support audits and help maintain internal policy documentation
- Follow up on invoicing, payments, supplier contracts, and company fleet administration
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and team travel
- Improve and streamline internal administrative workflows
- Bachelor’s degree (Office Management, HRM, Business Management, or equivalent)
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar support role
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- You are trustworthy, detail-oriented, and handle confidential information with care
- Positive mindset and team-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch and English
