  • Build and lead the PMO team , managing resources effectively, supporting team development, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure successful delivery of our projects’ portfolio and alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
  • Develop and optimize project management methodologies and tools, driving innovation, and promoting continuous improvement within the PMO team.
  • Be the referent for project management best practices within the company
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, requirements and provide regular updates on project statuses.
  • Identify training needs for project leaders and ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Monitor budget and track performance indicators for the team and its scope.
About YOU
  • Bachelor's or master's degree and certifications (PMP, Prince 2)
  • +10 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on developing and optimizing processes and best practices.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and promoting innovation within the PMO.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight, with a focus on tracking performance indicators and optimizing resource allocation. (KPI, OKR?)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Research & Innovation dynamics and environments.
