Job Description:Key responsibilities:Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders Handle any customer inquiry accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product related and technical information as requested.Stay on top of all changes within LBS (new products, new policies, changes in legislation, …) providing the customer with the most recent information at all times.RequirementsKey requirements:-Autonomous and proactive-Bachelor’s degree in Sales or equivalent -Previous experience in a customer service position -Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills -Motivated to challenge the status quo and continuously seek improvement opportunities -Working proficiency in French and English is critical; an additional language is a plus-2 days on remote after training.
