- Assist co-workers with everyday IT needs;
- Design, install and configure internal and cloud services, servers, workstations and network infrastructure;
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems, including application and operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents;
- Document system configurations;
- Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems;
- Install and test computer-related equipment;
- Collect IT statistics;
- Mentor / cross-train co-workers on existing and new technologies;
- Formal training in IT system management; eg. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology of Computer Science
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux;
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- A good knowledge of Mobile Device Management platform (MS Intune);
- Management and administration of cloud services, such as Azure, AWS, Atlassian, ...;
- A solid understanding of IT networking;
- Experience with Group Policy design and configuration, Active Directory design and management;
- Minimum 4 years of experience;
- Good Experience with ticketing platforms (JIRA).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong communication and documentation skills;
- Solid organizational and coordinating skills;
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team; able to ensure that deadlines are met and projects of varying length are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Experience with security features within Windows, Linux and Cloud services;
- Experience with system hardening;
- Office365 / Azure certification will be consider as plus
