As a key member of our Compliance team, you will oversee compliance (AML/GDPR/IDD/FRAUD/CRS-FATCA regulations and internal policies). Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence on client files, managing AML controls, and providing support for regulatory reporting.
Conduct due diligence on client files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage AML controls and respond to flagged activities from operating departments.
Provide training and support to enhance the competence of operating departments in handling complex cases.
