To further strengthen our growth and optimize our supply chain, we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain CoordinatorAs a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are the link between strategy and execution. You work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and ensure that our logistics processes run smarter and smoother every day.Your key responsibilities include:Project work: Coordinating supply chain projects such as scanner implementation, transport optimization, picking improvements, benchmarking of logistics partners, and AlohaDesk.Inventory management: Monitoring stocks based on forecasts, aligning raw materials with production, performing stock counts, and adjusting buffers for healthy working capital.Logistics coordination: Following up on short shelf-life products, organizing express deliveries, and evaluating transport efficiency.Quality & complaint management: Handling complaints from restaurants and analyzing root causes.Analysis & improvements: Identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and proactively suggesting improvements.🧑💻 Who are we looking for?Education: Degree in Logistics is a must.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics (junior level), preferably within the food industry.Skills:Strong knowledge of ExcelBasic knowledge of ERP systemsTech-savvy and comfortable with dataPersonality:A hard worker who thrives on structureFlexible (willing to step in during evenings or weekends if needed)💡 What we offerAn attractive salary up to €3,600 gross/month, depending on experienceBenefits: €150 net allowance, health insurance, mobile subscription, meal vouchersA challenging role in a fast-growing, dynamic companyPlenty of room to develop yourself and help build a strong supply chain story🌺 Ready to help build the most efficient supply chain at Hawaiian Poké Bowl?
