Identify business needs, trends, and competition
Define product strategy
Propose product & service improvements
Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
Act as interface between the stakeholders and project management
Bridge the business needs with IT
SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOTIt will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:Background :
At least 5 years of experience in Payments
Business analysis experience
Softskills & Knowledge:
Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must
Strong knowledge of technical aspects of banking transaction
Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.)
Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
Able to communicate with senior management
Analytical mind - conceptual thinking
Negotiation and persuasion skills
