Solution Architecture & DesignCollaborate with functional teams and solution architects to translate requirements into custom solutionsDesign integration and extension strategies aligned with Oracle SaaS upgrade guidelines
Delivery & CoordinationManage task allocation, code reviews, technical validations, and deployment supportCoordinate with data, integration, and reporting teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery
Quality & ComplianceEnsure that custom solutions meet performance, security, and Oracle compliance requirementsMaintain documentation and technical traceability for audit and operational support
Stakeholder EngagementAct as a technical point of contact for client-side IT and architecture teamsProvide estimates, feasibility assessments, and solution walk-throughs
Mentorship & Team DevelopmentMentor junior developers and support onboarding of new team membersPromote continuous learning in new PaaS features and Oracle development toolsWe require:8–10 years of experience in custom application development, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystemStrong expertise in Oracle APEX, VBCS, OIC, and Oracle SaaS APIsProficiency in REST/SOAP web services, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and JSON/XMLExperience in secure, scalable design for SaaS/PaaS extensionsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related disciplineExperience in SaaS ERP extension projects (Finance, Procurement, SCM)Familiarity with Oracle’s upgrade-safe customization guidelinesExperience working in Agile delivery models with Git, JIRA, and CI/CDOracle PaaS or Application Development certification is a plusFluent in Dutch and French is a plusAble to work 2-3 days onsite at the office in BrusselWhy would you join us?
