- Commercial Contract Negotiations: You play a key role in supporting our sales team by negotiating and closing contracts with customers, ensuring fair terms while protecting Sitemark’s interests. You help structure commercial agreements that enable business growth while mitigating risks.
- Supplier & Partnership Agreements: You negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and business partners, ensuring clear terms and sustainable relationships. You also help manage ongoing contractual obligations.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: You ensure Sitemark operates in line with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. You take an active role in implementing compliance efforts related to security, quality, and industry standards.
- Corporate & Strategic Legal Support: You provide legal guidance on corporate law matters, including governance, board-related topics, equity plans, and company structuring. You assist in preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements as Sitemark grows.
- Subsidies & Government Programs: You handle legal and administrative aspects of subsidy applications and government funding, ensuring compliance with requirements and maximizing available opportunities.
- International Legal Support: You help adapt contracts and legal frameworks for different markets, ensuring compliance with international regulations and supporting global business operations.
- Entrepreneurial & Strategic Thinking: As Legal Counsel, you understand not only the legal but also the commercial and strategic implications of your advice. You think like an entrepreneur in a fast-growing company, make pragmatic risk assessments, and translate complex legal challenges into practical solutions.
- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), with a solid foundation in commercial and contract law.
- 3–6 years of professional legal experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or law firm environment, with exposure to international matters.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and draft B2B contracts, balancing business goals with risk management.
- As a business partner, you translate legal jargon into clear, strategic advice that all stakeholders can understand.
- You offer practical solutions that align with business goals and help drive growth.
- You’re comfortable taking ownership of legal processes, from drafting agreements to ensuring operational compliance.
- English and Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of French is a plus.
