  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the 5-year strategic development plan for our Nutrition Business, focusing on product and service lifecycles within your designated portfolio.
  • Marketing Communication: Develop and communicate annual marketing communication plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, to drive product success.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop portfolio and pricing strategies that maximize market share and profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitive products, sales, and marketing activities to guide product line management.
  • Product Performance: Translate research data into performance updates, technical bulletins, and marketing materials.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customer-facing teams and distributors, including sales presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Reports: Develop and provide input for reports that track and measure key performance indicators.
Additional:
  • Innovation: Prepare plans for additional science and service innovation to support product and service line growth and sustainability.
  • Market Expansion: Work with regulatory affairs to prepare and execute plans for market expansion.
  • Product/Service Innovation: Participate in the innovation process, from concept submissions to product launches.
  • Corporate Image: Assist in maintaining a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Strategic Alliances: Develop and manage strategic alliances and assist in negotiating commercial deal terms.
  • Research Initiatives: Collaborate with R&D and service teams to strengthen product/service stories through research initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Work with Operations to ensure inventory levels align with expected product demand.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in science with a link to animal health or nutrition or marketing background with industry experience and min of 2 years experience in product management, marketing or sales.
  • knowledge of all monogastric animals ( SWINE,POULTRY,...)
  • Proactive , self-motivated and business minded personality
  • Proven success in achieving product sales objectives and financial targets
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and business-minded with strong leadership skills.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills, including financial statement analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects.
  • International experience in a multi cultural organization is a plus.
