Your Mission
As our SERE Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our health, safety, environmental, and energy performance. You'll ensure compliance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and manage facility operations to deliver top-tier service and cost efficiency.What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain ISO-certified HSE & energy management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, etc.)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and act as the main contact for authorities and employee councils
- Lead risk assessments, emergency planning, and energy-saving initiatives
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and leadership
- Manage and develop a high-performing SERE team across multiple sites
- Collaborate with the management team to embed SERE values and drive strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including management team-level leadership
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
- University degree in Business Management or equivalent, with specialized HSE training
- Certified Safety Advisor (Level 1)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of ISO standards and Belgian HSE legislation
