Opportunity open to freelance or temporary employed consultant.Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a CQV Ressource Support who is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative to join us as a freelance in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.About the RoleAs a freelance CQV Ressource Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting technical and documentation activities for critical systems (aseptic filling line, autoclave, manual cleaning) within the Genesis project. You’ll be responsible for validation, non-conformance follow-up, and coordination with quality and vendor teams.Who You Will Work WithYou’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with quality, technical, vendor, and documentation support teams. You’ll be empowered to drive activities forward and resolve challenges.What You Will Do
  • You review executed tests for GDP compliance and alignment with protocols
  • You follow up and close non-conformances and technical change controls
  • You draft validation summary reports and gather supporting documentation
  • You coordinate with vendors for missing documents (e.g. certificates, manuals)
  • You ensure ongoing alignment with quality teams
  • You propose solutions to remove blockers and drive completion
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
  • 10-year experience in a similar role (mandatory experience in aseptic filling line, autoclave, manual cleaning).
  • Technical or scientific degree (engineering or equivalent)
  • Experience in CQV within pharmaceutical or biotech environments
  • Strong understanding of GDP and validation processes
  • Ability to prioritize and drive tasks to completion
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • English mandatory
