The job📢 Are you a natural trainer with a passion for technology?TVH Academy is looking for an In-house Trainer for VCA and operator training on our machines, such as forklifts, reach trucks, aerial work platforms, and telehandlers. In this role, you ensure that both our employees and customers can operate these machines safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities:✅ Conduct training sessions: Deliver practical and theoretical lessons on various lifting equipment for TVH employees and customers.
✅ Develop course materials: Optimize training materials and tools, and refine theoretical and practical exams.
✅ Preparation & follow-up: Ensure smooth execution of training sessions, from preparation to evaluation.
✅ Quality & innovation: Continuously work with the team to improve training programs.
